Recruiting independent commissioned-based sales representative for Hong Kong medical device company with manufacturing facilities in China
Job Title: Sales Manager –European Market
Reporting To: General Manager
Location: Negotiable (Prefer in UK, Belgium, Germany, France)
Project and Product Scope:
All OEM medical device projects
[Plastic disposable and reusable / Electric active devices / Cut and Sew Orthopedic and Rehabilitation devices]
Commissioned-based: Compensated solely on a commission basis on orders or contracts secured on behalf of and accepted by company.
Role
• Develop, grow and manage the key accounts of European Market.
• Field based position; you will ideally be based in Western Europe. • Bring on new OEM accounts and manage as channel partners.
• Develop strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders in the target.
• Closely communicate with marketing and engineering managers on technical issues and pricing strategy for successfully bidding the project
• Manage and follow up the developed accounts.
Experience
• A proven working experience in Medical Device Industry is required. Network in medical device field already established is preferable.
• You will need to have experience and basic knowledge in the medical device manufacturing.
• A proven track record in delivering international sales and completing commercial tenders.
• You will also ideally have a track record in managing OEM customers.
• Fluent English Speaker.
